Custom Embroidery is Unique

Custom embroidery is a great way to give unique gifts that you can be sure won't be duplicated. For example, at a baby shower, have all the guests sign a baby quilt or blanket with a fabric pen. They can even add short sentiments if desired. Then the gift giver can either hire someone to do the job or custom embroider all the names and sentiments herself. What a gift! Imagine that baby cherishing this blanket forever.

This same custom embroidery idea will also work for a going away party for dear friends. In this example, the gift-givers purchase a white tablecloth and sign it with a fabric pen. Again, short sentiments may be added if desired and then when the tablecloth is custom embroidered, your friend will have a cherished heirloom.

There are literally hundreds of ideas you can come up with to give custom embroidered items as gifts. It will be particularly cost worthy if you are doing the job yourself, and it's also a great hobby. You can choose to embroider by hand or you can consider purchasing one of the custom embroidery machines on the market.

Many of the custom embroidery businesses today started out as a hobby in someone's home. Some businesses are still run from the home, depending on the size of the custom embroidery business.

Even if you don't want to go into business, you and your loved ones will profit greatly from your custom embroidery hobby. Just think how you'll feel when everyone else is scurrying around at Christmas doing their last minute shopping. You can smile to yourself knowing that you planned ahead and finished your shopping early by making custom embroidery gifts.
