Custom Embroidery

Custom embroidery is a great way to personalize your clothes or accessories for your home or business. You can add your business logo to shirts and jackets and whatever else you decide by having them custom embroidered. Some custom embroidery businesses specialize in designing logos for companies.

If you have a logo already but don't have it on a digital file, you can hire a custom embroidery company to digitize your logo. This would need to be done in order for the embroidery machine to do the job.

You could certainly hire someone to do custom embroidery by hand, but this wouldn't be feasible if you needed a lot of pieces done in a timely manner. Of course, having a handmade item custom embroidered is great if it is a smaller job.

Custom embroidery can range from a monogram on a shirt or a towel to an elaborate design that you would frame or use multiple times, such as a company logo. You might also consider custom embroidery if your company gives out promotional items, as these can be customized to fit your needs.

When you elect to use custom embroidery you have two methods from which to choose. One is direct embroidery, where the design is embroidered directly onto the piece, and the other is patch embroidery, where the design is embroidered onto a patch and then that patch is usually ironed or sewn on to the piece.

Custom embroidery also makes for great gift giving. It's one of the easiest ways to personalize objects and clothing, and when professionally done it's very nice looking.
