The bills accumulated should be audited in regular basis. It should be made sure that the bills received are the correct ones and shows the right amount. If there is any ambiguity regarding the bills it should be cleared through the respective authorities well in advance.

A person should inculcate this habit of clearing the bills before the due date. At first some conscious effort should be made towards clearing the bills in advance continuous practice will make it a habit. Thus a person will finally be habituated of clearing the bills before time.
