Reach-in freezer

The Reach-in freezer is made ideally for frozen foods and ice cream. Some of the varieties have two swinging doors and six shelves, each of size 24.25 inches X 23.5 inches. This is a balanced and oversized refrigeration system. It is self contained and there are positive seal self closing doors. There are also barrel door locks. The wire shelves are adjustable and vinyl coated. The temperature monitor is exteriorly mounted and the dial is easy to read. The energy is saved due to the large evaporator coil heater. The minimum possible defrost cycle is achieved by initiating the defrost system time and terminating the temperature. The handles are recessed. There is incandescent interior lighting. The insulation is foamed-in-place and CFC free. The refrigerant used is R-404A and is environmentally friendly. It can hold minus ten degrees Fahrenheit temperature.

Size of Reach-in Freezer

The Reach-in Freezers have forced convection cooling coils and specially balanced air circulating fans. These are placed in an insulated housing system different from the product zone. Due to this food storage is maximized. As all the components are placed on the top, the maintenance and service is easy. The door openings are wide and can accommodate pans of sizes 12 inches X 20 inches, 18 inches X 26 inches or 14 inches X 18 inches. The volume is very large and can accommodate 68 pans of size 12 inches X 20 inches. The handles, door liners and hinges have a lifetime warranty. The insulation on the bottom, back and top is about three inches. The Reach-in Freezers may be of a single, double or triple section.

Solid 2-door Standard Reach-In Freezer

This has a heavy duty commercial refrigeration system. The solid door is made of a stainless steel exterior and incandescent lighting with auto off door switch. There is polyurethane insulation. The doors have self closing cam-lift hinges with ninety degrees open staying feature and magnetic gaskets for easy door removal. The base and rear of top mount units have an external condensate drains to an evaporator pan. The unit has a recessed handle and a cylinder lock. For top mount units there are six inch legs. Behind each door, there are three heavy duty epoxy shelves. Above the door there is an external monitor control panel and has a temperature display, power indicator, condensate eliminator switch and door ajar.
