Use Of Ladder In Docks



Ladders are devices that workers use to step up or gain access to elevated surfaces. There are several basic types of ladders available in the market. Some of them are rope ladders and rigid ladders. Extension ladders are divided into two or more lengths for convenient storage and transportation. Marine ladders and dock ladders are made from materials that can resist corrosion, such as stainless steel or anodized aluminum.

All dock ladders should be rated for 665 lbs. per rung and the width is approximately 21 inches wide and was made from marine grade aluminum. There was extra tight bend for space saving and pre-drilled inch holes for mounting. The steps are about 2 inch wide and these aluminum ladders are ideal for fresh and salt water.
