It can be used for storage of frozen food, fresh vegetable and fruit. The modular walk-in freezers can be easily disassembled and assembled by the buyer in their own premises and can be installed at different places. The coldroom panel of these freezers is made of high density polyurethane for a good insulation. The average density is 40 kg per cubic meters. A good sealing is obtained due to gaskets and cam lock tongues. For different ambient temperatures there are stable, strong and high quality condensing unit and fan coil unit. A Digital thermostat is used which provide good temperature control and display.

Regulations for Walk-in Freezer

Before moving inside the freezer, ascertain that the door latch opens comfortably from the inside. Also check if the door mechanism has not frozen shut. The cold temperature decreases the physical coordination and mental alertness. So, take a mental and physical rest period during work. Movement or retrieval of heavy boxes or ice cores must not be done single. A good stool or ladder must be used to dislodge material from upper shelves. The outside wooden door must be open to facilitate the cooling unit to operate efficiently. The metal freezer door should not be kept open, as the room cannot be kept cold. Drink or food should not be consumed inside walk-in freezers.
